All services are delivered by our in-house experts, with no contractors, no waitlists, and flexible after-hours or remote options available Australia-wide.

Designed for hands-on, practical support
Our critical incident response provides immediate, trauma-informed support when your family needs it most. Services are billed against a $2,500 retainer, at $225 per hour (minimum 5 hours per incident). Travel is included within 50km of Adelaide CBD; beyond that, a $1.10 per kilometre (round trip from Adelaide CBD) surcharge applies. For remote or very remote locations, a surcharge of $1.45 per kilometre travelled (round trip from Capital City CBD) applies.
Supervised Access
Intake & Establishment Fee
$275 one-time fee, covering intake and establishment for both parties.
Supervised Access Sessions
$125 per hour, minimum 2 hours per visit.
Morning, afternoon, evening and all-day sessions may be available.
Overnight sessions may also be available by arrangement.
Child Transport
From $125 each way.
Handover / Handback Support
From $75 each way.
This service helps manage the transition with care, respect and professionalism, reducing stress or conflict for the child and parents.
Saturday Surcharge
Additional $25 per hour.
Sunday and Public Holiday Sessions
$175 per hour.
