  • 5 personalised 1:1 mentoring sessions with an experienced leadership mentor

  • Practical tools, real-world case studies, and workplace-based projects

  • Leadership reflection journals and action planning templates

  • Accredited Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40520) upon successful completion

  • Flexible scheduling to suit your service—weekly, monthly, or term-based delivery

  • Video-based learning, group discussions, and guided reflection tasks between sessions

  • Practical tools and strategies for building emotional safety, resilience, and positive behaviour in the classroom

  • Ongoing access to a professional learning community and resource library for continued support

  • Personalised facilitator feedback and certificate of completion for all participants

Cost: $2,050 per program (up to 30 participants; travel charges apply for in-person delivery outside metropolitan Adelaide)
