Designed for hands-on, practical support
Our critical incident response provides immediate, trauma-informed support when your family needs it most. Services are billed against a $2,500 retainer, at $225 per hour (minimum 5 hours per incident). Travel is included within 50km of Adelaide CBD; beyond that, a $1.10 per kilometre (round trip from Adelaide CBD) surcharge applies. For remote or very remote locations, a surcharge of $1.45 per kilometre travelled (round trip from Capital City CBD) applies.
Supervised Access
Intake & Establishment Fee: $275 (one-time, both parties)
Supervised Access Session: $125 per hour (min. 2 hours per visit). Morning, afternoon, evening and all day sessions available. Overnight sessions also available.
Transport for children to and from is also available from $125 each way.
“Handed over” and “handed back” This service ensures that the process is handled with care, respect, and professionalism, minimizing any potential stress or conflict for both the child and the parents. From $75 each way.
Saturday Surcharge: +$25 per hour
Sunday and Public Holidays $175 per hour
Detailed Report (if requested): $179 per report
Travel Surcharge: First 20km included, $2.95/km beyond (round trip time included).
